Must-have Monday feat. Bomb Bags @ Zara

Happy Monday good people!

I hope that everyone had a productive weekend. In case you are new to The Third Culture blog, on Mondays I feature some sort of item/items that I've managed to lay eyes on that I'm dying to have.  For this week's edition of Must-have Monday I couldn't help but share some of my favorite bags from Zara. So as I browsed the web this weekend I ran across these beauties and it is crucial that I get at least one of them in my possession. However, I'm having a hard time narrowing my picks down to one. HELP! (with picking and monetary contributions, kidding)

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Final Look

Looks like our journey has come to an end :(
But don't worry I have more in store for the blog. Plus, I'm running out of outfits! *yikes* I am so grateful that you all tuned in. The final look from my Summer Wardrobe Series is by far my favorite! It's super chill and minimal. I was actually headed to a friend's birthday party which was located outdoors. Initially, I was a little skeptical because this heat has been pretty killer. Some may call it crazy but my "leotard" is actually a swimsuit. I have yet to find a pool to raid so I decided to rock it as a top. I paired the it up with my comfy boyfriend jeans and a pair of booties. Later that night I threw on a flannel and converted my daytime fit to a night look. Convenient right?

LA Hearts Strap Back One Piece $29.95

Forever XXI Distressed Boyfriend Jeans $27.80

Peep Toe Booties $39.95

Hope you enjoyed my Summer Wardrobe Series!
Stay Tuned for Must-Have Monday.

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Part Five

It's Fridaaaay! finally *breathes sigh of relief* This has been quite a week. I'm so ready to catch up on sleep and some weekend sales. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear the outfit pictured above due to the inclemate weather..but I still got my sushi that day. My top, from Motel Rocks is so comfy and I love that it has a wrap element to it. My shorts, from Forever XXI are sort of ancient to me. I purchased them last summer and this is my second time wearing them. For some reason it's a little difficult to coordinate outfits with them, weird right? Anywho, I decided to top my look off with a pair of sleek ankle strap heels which are also very comfortable and convenient. Of course I threw in my fav hat to add a little flavor to the look. Hopefully I'll be able to wear this ensemble one day..but until then,
Have a bomb weekend!

Motel Wrap Plunge Neck Crop Top $46

Watercolor Shorts $20
Ankle Strap Sandals $21

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Part Four

"Oh Friday, where art thou?" says the exhausted blogger who can barely keep up with the date at this point..
Happy Thursday to you all. I hope that this week has been treating you well. As The Summer Wardrobe Series begins to come to an unwanted end, I can't help but feel a little melancholy. Who knew that I actually owned articles of clothing besides my favorite black hat and a pair of easy jeans?! Moving right along, today's look was for a lunch date with a couple of friends. I am totally obsessing over bralettes at the moment. They're so adorable! And of course you can never go wrong with a pencil skirt. Lastly, I topped my look off with a pair of sandal like heels from Charlotte Russe (Don't sleep on their shoes!) As you may/may not be able to tell by now..I rarely wear jewelry and I'm not too picky about accessorizing. Weird right? Minimalism is key to me. And I rarely have time to throw on anything else..

Here's a breakdown of my look:

Purple Long Line Triangle Bra $24

Silence + Noise Pencil Skirt $20

Lace-Up Cut-Out Single Strap Heel $38.50
Looove these shoes.

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Part Three

Well, we're half way through the week. Thank goodness! The next look from my series is probably the chillest. I was actually headed out to an interesting loft party with my two BFFs. Since I was running fairly late in terms of getting ready for the night, I had no choice but to slip on something quick & cute. Luckily, my favorite American Apparel easy jeans and a new top from Urban saved the day! Oh, and of course my platform sandals and my hat. Although I already mentioned this, my easy jeans are literally my favorite..I'd wear them everyday if I could.
On a sidenote, I recently became obsessed with the brand Kimchi Blue. The brand is super boho yet versatile enough to pair up with any article of clothing. And it's not super expensive which is always a plus!

Here's a breakdown of my look:

H&M Wide Brim Hat $12.95
Kimchi Blue Holly Lace blouse $59

American Apparel Easy Jean $78

Deena & Ozzy Charlotte Platform $29

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Part Two

Happy Tuesday good people! I hope that you enjoyed yesterday's look. Let's keep the ball rolling with Part Two of The Summer Wardrobe Series. I can't quite recall how I chose the look pictured above... However, I was headed to a movie date to view Maleficent which wasn't the best film (quite a bummer.) It tends to get fairly cold in theaters which is why I toted my warm flannel. Of course it was another blazing day so I tried to dress accordingly. I can't help but get excited every time I think about the fact that I found my baby crop top for $3!
Don't you just love a great deal?

Here's a breakdown of my look:

AE White Cropped Tank $3
Such a steal!

Patch Pocket Chambray Jogger Pant $30

MENS Eagle Flannel Shirt $35
White Converse $30
I found mine on eBay

KYC Vintage Denim Hat $8
I looove KYC! so inexpensive & trendy

The Summer Wardrobe Series; Part One

Ahhh, it feels so good to be back! Happy Monday.
Words cannot express how much I missed the blogosphere. I'm excited and finally ready to resume our regular fashionably scheduled program.
Although it technically isn't the summertime yet, I decided to share some of my favorite outfit combinations from this past month. Hence, why this week's post title is "The Summer Wardrobe Series." The outfit pictured above is from this weekend's Atlanta Greek Picnic, and yes i was practically on fire from dressing in all black in 90 degree weather *insert dying emoji.* But overall I had a great time and I can't wait to experience it again next year.

LA Hearts Mesh Bed Kimono $39.95

H&M Wide Brim Hat $12.95

My FAVORITE hat btw.
